Samplers NPP BMT VIRA-6, VIRA-11, SHCHPU, etc.
The VIRA and VIRA-11 automatic samplers are designed for automatic or automatic and manual sampling of a highly representative sample from an inhomogeneous flow of various media (liquids, gases, gas-liquid media from pipelines) for subsequent analytical analysis in laboratory conditions.
The samplers have an explosion-proof level of protection of the type "explosion-proof shell", designed for use in explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations according to the classification of PUE ch.7.3.
The VIRA-6 sampler is designed for manual sampling of a representative sample of the liquid phase from the gas-liquid flow of oil-producing wells (GOST R 8.615).
Slotted sampling devices of the SHCHPU modifications SHCHPU-1, SHCHPU-2, SHCHPU-3 refer to sampling devices with a lubricator (retractable) according to clause 6.1.3 MI 2825-2003 (installation of the device, placement of the sampling tube in the working and removing it to its original position and removing the device from the pipeline without stopping the medium pumping through the pipeline).
Slot sampling devices of PU modifications PU-1, PU-2, PU-3 belong to devices without a lubricator (non-movable, flanged). Installation /revision - in the absence of excessive pressure in the pipeline. They are used as part of metering units (for example, SIC, SIC(S), UURG) or as part of manual or automatic samplers.
